What could/should/will be in education...

Thanks for visiting my ePortfolio! My name is Jesse Dannin and I am husband, father, son, brother, teacher, and coach. Within all of these roles, I have one constant, I am a learner.

My wife, daughter, and I live in Bucks County, PA where both my wife and I grew up and are teachers. We met in 7th grade and have two daughters, Brynn and Hadley.

As of 2022, I have been teaching secondary level mathematics for about 8 years and can confidently say I enjoy being in the classroom every day. In a subject that is often viewed as dry and monotonous, I try to lead a high energy classroom where students are challenged and consistently expected to rely on their critical thinking and problem solving skills while developing the ability to collaborate effectively.

Outside of the classroom, I am a huge sports fan, most specifically Philadelphia sports teams. As a former athlete in high school, I have transitioned into coaching high school baseball.
