While I do consider myself a bit of a critic around it, I do not believe we need to completely reinvent the education system, but rather keep up with the times, as Sir Ken Robinson (2010) recommends. My innovation plan and what I have been basing my research around is blended learning, specifically in my high school mathematics classroom. The COVID-19 pandemic forced me into this in a way, but in a rushed unstructured manner. And although it was uncomfortable and unfamiliar, it showed me the unbounded potential it has. Now that I have been working through the ADL program for a bit, I see the power of the ePortfolio and what it provides us with as educators and life-long learners.

Digital Environments for Collaboration:

I would not say I am active on social media regarding posting on my own, but I am constantly reading about education, both as a whole and specific to my content area. More specifically, I spend a lot of time on NCTM (National Council of Teachers of Mathematics). My district uses Schoology as its LMS and the Microsoft suite so we have many forms of collaboration built in surrounding these.
